Mouse Melon / Melothria

Also known as Cucamelon or Mexican Sour Gherkin. A member of the cucurbit family, the large vining plants produce an abundance of small, oblong green striped fruit. Try mixing them up with pumpkin peppers and other ornamental fruit for a decorative touch. The fruit is edible and can be used as a garnish.
