Microgreens

Microgreens are harvested at around 6-10 days after germination, or when 90% of the seedlings have developed their first true leaves. When the desired size is reached, cut greens just above soil level. We recommend using untreated seeds and experimenting with different types of greens, as each offers a unique flavor and texture.
