Returns and Refunds

All orders returned to us within 30 days from delivery are entitled to a refund or credit, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. They must be returned in unopened, saleable condition. All orders being returned to us must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA#). This number can be attained by calling our Customer Care Dept. at 888.270.4751. No returns accepted from previous sales season.

For live products (plants and bulbs), we do not accept returns. However, if you experience damage to your live goods product, please call our Customer Care Dept. at 800-544-7938 within 48 hours to submit a claim. All damage claims will require product photos.

Prorate Policy

All seed listed for sale is subject to delivery by our growers and suppliers. In the event that a variety is not delivered in full, we may choose to prorate the amount sold to each customer.
