Caesar's Brother produces beautiful, deep velvety purple flowers on rigid 42" stems, which rise high above a clump of arching, narrow, grass-like leaves in late spring. After blooms are gone, the vase-shaped foliage will retain its slightly bluish-green color into the fall. Caesar's Brother is one of the most easily grown Iris, and is an excellent cut flower, but lasts only 1-2 days. It will make very large clumps within a few years and produce masses of flowers.
