Exceptional eating quality, tenderness and flavor are the trademarks of this bicolor Summer Sweet supersweet. 7112R is produced on clean 7’ plants that are sturdy and hold their ears at 30".The 8" ears are well filled to the tip with 16-18 rows of bright white and glossy yellow kernels. Its dark green husk offers excellent tip cover and medium-long
flags. Resistant to the newer strains of rust (Rp1G and Rp1I)
and intermediate resistance to Northern Corn Leaf Blight and
Southern Corn Leaf Blight. Isolation required.
