Two blades in one. Use the shorter, front cutting edge for a quick cut through the lettuce plant, and the longer 7-1/8” edge for trimming and for other crops. The handle length is 5”. Stainless steel blade and bright yellow plastic handle. Stainless steel holds an edge longer, but is more difficult to sharpen. The brightly colored plastic handle is easily seen in the field, and the knife is easily sterilized in a liquid fungicide.
